Welcome to Athens Wellness & Coaching
🤍 Move • Heal • Grow 🤍
Athens Wellness & Coaching is a safe space dedicated to honoring your mind, body, and soul—exactly where you are today.
At Athens Wellness & Coaching, movement is far more than physical exercise. It’s an integrative practice designed to calm your nervous system, restore bodily trust, and help you re-anchor to your true self.
Grounded in neuroscience and somatic practices, I blend certified personal training with a trauma-informed lens. This approach meets your whole physiology—releasing chronic stress in the mind, rebuilding strength in the body, and bringing peace to the soul.
Whether through 1-on-1 personal training, wellness classes, or gentle somatic work, you will find support for building functional strength, restoring mobility, managing stress, or simply rediscovering joy in movement.
No pressure to perform. No rigid rules. Just evidence-informed movement designed to honor your whole self.
Trauma-Informed & Somatic Movement
Trauma-Informed Personal Training
This approach pairs gentle exercise with autonomic nervous system regulation to build strength without triggering a stress response. By prioritizing choice and safety, it helps your body release chronic tension and restore resilience.
Somatic Movement Practice
Somatic movement uses sensory-focused exercise to improve interoception—your brain’s awareness of internal bodily signals. This shifts your physiology out of stress mode, allowing your neuromuscular system to recover and move freely.
"I just attended my first movement class and it was so fun. Chloe was a great instructor and I felt like she had created the class just for me! I’m already looking forward to the next one!"
Tracey Peltier
"Chloe did an amazing job making the session feel welcoming, calming, and productive! I would highly recommend attending a session with her."
